All pedophiles, rapists, murderers

DESERVE TO DIE!

They are sick disturbed people who will cause more harm to anyone than killing them would do, im sorry but if you can't understand that then, i don't think you ever will.

i agree but for different reasons anyone that has killed someone should spend the rest of there life in prison being put to death is just a easy way out for them to not suffer anymore

-XB0X360- wrote Do you have any idea how long to keep a criminal in prison for? It costs almost $20,000 to keep one inmate in jail for a year. And all that money is coming from the peoples tax dollars! So it is easier just to get rid of the person, since they committed such a terrible crime. And even though there are some mis-trials, it is still very unlikely to happen.

Even though I agree in part about what you said, you have your statistic wrong. It costs more to execute them than to keep them in jail. A person on death row can have as many appeals as he/she wants, which in turn costs the taxpayers more than life in prison.

Why should we pay money for someone that has no remorse for others lives and their own actions? They made their own decisions and should know the consequences. If someone killed your mom or dad, your seriously going to tell me that you wouldn't want them dead? If not, then there is something terribly wrong with you...

I have to admit the justice system is way more harsh on blacks and the only reason Casey Anthony was innocent was because she was a young white woman

Then vote me president, and I will change the amount of appeals a criminal is allowed to use!

No, she was innocent because the prosecution couldn't find enough evidence proving her guilty. You can't just throw someone in jail off of assumption, there has to be a substantial amount of evidence backing up the case.

I don't believe in the Death Penalty at all. As you said, the judicial system has it's flaws and to take a life on a potential flaw is ridiculous.

Until the judicial system is perfect (Which will never happen), the Death Penalty shouldn't be used.
