Well I have it and I think it's pretty neat. Just cool to have. But it's really not that much. Only $50/year.

yes you save a ton on maps and it has some cool features but buy it within 2 weeks so you get founder status

I think it is. You get all of the DLC's too so you save $10 if you plan on getting all of the DLC's.
