i need helping take my account back

just yesterday someone stole my gamertag and i wanna get it back cause xbox customer support is really ret4ared and they said they cant help me

i still now the email just not the password

dude the best thing you can do is talk to xbox they will sort it out,

i remember when i got scammed just call them answer a few ? and it will be sorted out

if you made a back up email.. then you can get a password reset form issued to that back up email account and change the password on the original one from the back up

- if not then you are SCREWED

Give exact info to microsoft. When it was created,its original name and whatnot,they should see that its yours. Mine got hacked quite a while ago,but the email wouldnt sign off on my phone thankfully,so i changed the password

You should have set up recovery questions, and try changing your password. There is no way you will be able to "hack" it back.

i was on the phone for 3hours they dont know what happened to my gamertag they said they couldent do enything about it

It is impossible to hack accounts over xbox

If it is a hotmail adress your best bet is to submit a support ticket and remember as much info as you can. This is what i did and i got it back.

You will need info such as

Name
Age
Adress
Gamertag
MSN friends
Previous Passwords
