i think they have something to do with elite but idk how to unlock them

I'm not sure but if it is from Elite then they are in the clan emblem pack. You get them at certain clan levels. So join a high level clan and get cool things

im in a level 28 clan and i stil dont have any of the elite emblems

You get ELITE emblems when reaching very high levels in your clan and when competing in clan missions and ops when they arrive.
