It happends to me lots of times. I think that you don't use your xbox at the same time.
I think most people have wireless and they have to turn it off for 30 seconds.

i dont know this has happened to me maybe your connection is too fast for the other or too slow

Maybe because of your NAT type settings? IF this is the problem then just reset your router.
