It is an act of fear that runs through a persons body. "They made me do it" - both statements you gave are complete fear. The man who's wife was going into Labor feared that if he wasn't there his wife would be very mad at him, or that he would regret not being by her side.

The Former Nazi one, is also an act of fear. People can be changed and told to do something if a gun was watching over you. It is not an act of selfish-ness; it is a person trying to survive. I agree the severity of what the Nazi's had done is inhumane. I am Jewish, and some of my father's side was a part of it. WWII was a sad and extremely horrific time period. But the "They made me do it" saying is all from a fear deep inside of people.

Go ahead and hate and dislike or hate my post. Just speaking what I believe.

If they are holding a gun to your head and you don't do it, they'll just kill you and whoever they wanted you to kill.

Especially with the holocaust if you said no they shoot you and have another in your place in a matter of seconds so saying no isn't really an option

No, it's being selfish, easy as that. - on a side note, thanks for replying, and not just viewing.

So let's say it was I have a bomb strapped to my chest and they told me to rob a bank and if I talked to anyone they would blow me and whoever it was up and the only way to get it off is giving them the money? So me robbing the bank to save myself and whoever I would have told that they were doing this to me to? **** off kid some are actual excuses... Shit happens we can't controll above are power this is a pointless topic no reason to hate on something as broad so many different variables you shouldn't have made this
