If Adam and Eve say were both white. How are there different kinds of people like europeans, and other races if they were the same.

You're coming from a point that the children that Adam and Eve had were identical to Adam (Cain and Abel the two sons of Adam)? Humans differentiate as we go through generations and slowly evolve as per say.
Darker skin for an example comes from pigmentation caused by the sun, staying exposed to the sun makes your skin darker. We see it when people tan and things like that. And a couple of people like that pave way for more people of a similar skin tone as its preparing the offspring for the enviroment. It works the same with any sort of human trait as we share genes through our families.
We do share our genes but we also change due to so many factors there's too many to mention. Staying with the dark skin thing, this is a part of adaption to enviroment as with any other animal on this planet. If we don't evolve to match our surroundings, we die.
I'm just answering your question as if that the theory of Adam and Eve was true and using science to back it up. I don't believe in Adam and Eve but I might as well answer your question for you.
