At the bottom right of the new Youtube theme it clearly gives you an option to 'Give feedback'
I went to click on it to give some positive feed back and it's not giving feedback, its just a small box that asks you for a problem you have found, the last time I checked FEEDBACK was pretty much CC (Constructive Criticism) where you can choose to give good or bad feedback to them.
