because 20-30 staff watching 600,000 people would you have time to upload and edit all that stuff and watch them?

Dude it's not twenty or thirty staff running the thing it's one guy by himselve go look he only puts montages of himselve nothing if you new go look just him. Atleast they can post stuff about xbox 360 and ps3 and pc it should not be that hard seriously.
