Dice cant handle 24 nevermind 64. Consoles lack the dedicated servers and connection to run on a console. Note: BF3 Runs at 30fps so thats why it may look laggy.

Actually they could run 64 players on a console BUT they would have to take out all destruction. So they kept the destruction in rather than have 64 players, I mean its not a Battlefield game without destruction.

I mean, surely it plays better on PCs. But you have to know that Xbox and PS3 are 5 year old consoles. And PCs upgrades every year.
