please can someone help me i have a problem its taking me so long with mw2 to install through steam and yes i have tried the cheat engine but its not doing me much good its just changing the numbers not the actual speed ,someone please help!

install or download?

install = mazy be a problem with your pc

download = you probably got limited through fair use policy, or you just need better internet

installing updates.. i dont know if you can do it without steam cos it just automatically does it it self.
