Can anybody tell me if an ATI Raedon HD 4200 can run skyrim on the lowest possible settings?

im not sure depends on the graphics card and idk what that is what u posted up there is xD it prob needs to be a newer graphics card for it to run on anything

xD ahah is it a newer kind of computer if your computer was made in the last 3 and maybe 4 years ago it should be able to run it
