Me and a friend are thinking of doing RAF but can I do it if the other person already has Wow?

no you cant the other person has to not have had a wow account connected to there email.

No you can't I have opened a ticket since I wanted to know the same thing but they said that the only way you can, is by doing the normal way and by them making a new account.
