ok so when i try playing my game on my xenon it says i need a update if not it will put me back to dashboard is their a way to use xell to update?

No, if you want me to update your console i will do it on team viewer. You will never get that error until next update

all you have to do is update your flashdmp.bin with the lastest dashboard, then put the updflash.bin on a usb and plug into jtag. then boot into xell and it should read the usb automatically and update. then all you have to do is power cycle
