It would run them but not very well, that graphics card is pretty bad and you are wasting money by buying a pre-built computer when you could get one for way better if you bought all of the parts and built one yourself.

I would upgrade the Graphics Card. I do not really like anything below a Radeon 5770, because they start to become less powerful for more of the power hungry games.

Also CyberPowerPc is not a good site to buy computers. My friend bought one from there and the next week he got it the PSU burned out. It took 3 months for them to send a new one and it broke as well.

I would prefer you to build your own computer.
