Actually RAM is very important right next to the CPU.
Please list all Specs so we know if it is matched well.

It's alright.
you should also tell us what power supply you're using because that's important.

Could you tell me your budget?
Why have a $100 GPU with a $160+ SSD?

What do you mean more HDD memory?
He has two 1TB HDDs in there + a 120GB SDD.

This is weird. You have a $1500 budget? You can build a much better system then this for $1500.
You are upgrading all the wrong parts. You choose a bad processor and video card, and instead get 2x1TB HDD's and an SSD. You also got 16GB RAM which you don't need. You are never going to use 2TB of HDD space unless you are a professional movie maker.
You should get an i5 2500k for the CPU, and at least a 6950 for the GPU. You could build a really great system if you picked the right parts.
