Iv been banned previously for boosting - got reset, 2 day ban etc.
Was boosting again for the hell of it, got kicked out the game and not it says:
"Error;
The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 server is not available at this time. Please try again later or visit
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] for updates."
This a perm ban or what?

If you were banned it would have stated so. If your still unsure, create an ELITE account if you haven't and check your level on there.
