I run around with the specialist strike package and hardline (Makes every first kill worth 2x and every other kill 2x) and when I hit around level 40 I get all the sidearms to level 10, it's quick and easy (goes really fast when you can akimbo them and play FFA) and in the end each one provides at leas 13,000 XP (meaning at least 130,000 XP for each machine pistol and pistol [unless my count is wrong 6 pistols and 4 machine pistols?]); I went from level 40 to 60 on the night I went through all the sidearms (Deagle unlocks a little later thou).
