Where are you buying this from?
Sounds like your being over charged a little, that build should come to around 900 - 950.
Make sure you build your own, companies will charge a horrendous amount for a system that they put together.

Yes, that's great for gaming. That should be able to play any game currently on the market. But as -Sam- stated, you should build it yourself. The companies will try to overcharge you, just because they set it up themselves.

I am building it my self and try finding the parts for less than a grand then, you will fail amazon and overclockers have the same price and from overclockers i get duex ex and bf3 for free. But thanks
