I was wondering if there are any other ways to get prestige tokens, without having to derank in other games, prestige, or by getting a level 50 clan?

I believe that you can get unlimited prestige tokens by modding your self to 10th prestige on Cod4 and Cod: WaW and then deranking your self and doing it again.
