You're modifying an aspect of the game and gaining something you can not unlock legitimately.
Of-course you can get banned for it. This isn't MW2 so don't bother bringing up how they only patched coloured gamertags in that game without banning.

its because i havent been banned yet but yeah i mentioned now on my topic that you may get banned though it still hasnt happened to me
