The bottom middle area with those little light ball things looks a bit weird, I would suggest removing them or making them more like light (i.e. not dark around the edges and light in the middle. Just a smooth fade to transparent.)

Forgot to mention, I would suggest not using a border around the entire piece, at the most just do top/bottom borders. Borders are sort of being phased out at this point. Most of taggers are removing them.
