i have flaming turned my interne t of multiple times ad turned me xbvox more than 10 times still cant connect to xbox lvie wtf :S

XBL is not down, they changed the Terms of Service. After you download both new updates, restart your xbox or sign out. After doing so, you should be asked to accept the Terms of Service, as they have changed. I had this problem, you will be asked to accept the changes shortly. Hope I helped.

try testing ur connection it works afterwards had same oroblem
