It's a bit, flat.

The time would look better if it was justified to the center and if there was a bit more of a realism-ish tone to it.

This is indeed pretty 2D, no sense of depth at all. Using shadows and gradients can easily fix this problem (to a degree).

The text is also too close to the borders of the "screen". A different font, more subtle, would benefit the realism of this piece as well.

Good job on the time font though.

It looks like a cartoon. If that's what you were aiming for, you did an alright job...If not, it's not that good.
