I just got off the phone with microsoft from what im hearing the reason you cant be on netflix with a party right now is because of the connection issue and the same goes with facebook they have been working on it for about an hour now once the connection issue is fixed everything should be back to normal with netflix and facebook also if your haveing connection issues connecting to xbox you should be able to get back on shortly I hope this answers some questions and thanks for reading I hope this helps you out
