I you get this message while signing in on MW3
"Your connection to Xbox Live has been lost. Please sign in again Later."

Just Clear your system Cache and re-download the title update. If your xbox freezes after updating, just restart your xbox and it'll work!! Coll trick I found after this happened to me today...

When I clear system cache it still keeps the title update?

you delete the update when you go to memory and the mw3

One of my characters can connect and the other account keeps on doing that. WTF

it keeps the update, but it will make you re update when you load the game.

clear your cache, re-update and you'll be able to, I had that problem all day until I did this. Activision said it has something to do with the new dashboard, I spent like an hour on the phone with them.
