My friends computer screen has stopped working because of the screen settings but obviously he cant see them to adjust them, so I was wondering if there was a way to remote control his computer without getting access?

Help would be great

Remote Access Trojan is really the only way to go...
Its safe but you still can insert viruses with it...

If it's a windows computer booting in safe mode could get you access to the setting but it depends what they are.
