Firstly delete your profile of your hard Drive/USB. Just tghe profile not the profile and items.

Secondly download your profile again which is the same process as account recovery.

It should sign you in then try playing a game which means you have to connect to live gold.

Then wahey!!! it works again. Well for me it did anyway, post your feedback.

i cant do it my mate gave me my account and hes moved to uk now so he forgot all his e-mail and passwords!!!!

Why go through all the bother?
clear system cache and it makes you update the game correctly and go online while playing it.
