Hey I'm playing Skyrim but there are absolutely no dragons at all, only that first dragon and that's about it, I thought there was some level cap you must reach before they spawn but none have shown at all(and I heard that they where unscripted so they can show at any time). I then tried going to each mountain finding where they rested and where you get the shouts and words off the walls, but there are none at any of the places? I went to all the dragon heads on the map, but still none.

I tried making another save but again there are none. Anyone else affected by this? I may be doing something wrong but I don't know what, I can get most of the shouts without a hassle but I have no dragon souls so they are pretty useless...

It may be that you're just unlucky.. With one of my saves, i only encountered the first dragon up until you meet
Paarthurnax, leader of the Greybeards


In some other saves, I'm almost surrounded by them!

Yeah I'm on xbox too, I will meet this Greybeard guy, but I think I already have met him? I think it may be the disc, because I made another save and immediately after the dragon comes down and interrupts the execution, I ran into the tower and upstairs and waited for the dragon, it took a while and it smashed through the wall, but it didnt breathe fire, it jus sat there looking at me, so i jumped out the window and I was jumping on it until it flew away and then I continued, it also flew threw a wall lol

Best bet is just to play through and see if it happens again..
And try getting your disk cleaned

You just randomly have them attack you, after the greybeards I had one attack me immediately after leaving their compound.

I must have a faulty disc or something, because there is nothing at all, I mean all the other animals are fine its just the dragons that aren't there, which is pretty much one of the main things about Skyrim -___- I will see if my friends disc does the same on my xbox.

Hmm, I'm also on pc though so Idk.


I know my friend had a dragon problem, or lack of on pc.
Solved it by spawning one using the console...

Shame you cant do it on xbox

Ill see if I can get a gamesave that is being attacked by a dragon, hopefully theres one around here somewhere o.0 thanks for the help guys

Also to add, Dragons seem to attack you when you go to 'certain locations' like territories or if you get a mission to slay one.
