im sure my gpu is broken heres my specs
Dell Dimension e521 Desktop Computer
Amd Athlon 64 5000+ Dual Core Proccesor 2.61GHz
Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 5670
4GB Of Ram
Corsair 700w PSU
Im reciving like 22- 33 fps in skyrim WHATS GOING ON!?
Are there any settings that could be not activated i.e like 2nd core is not on i have no idea why it recives such bad fps please help out !?

Why are you so surprised? The 5670 is hardly better than integrated graphics.

that video card is junk man, go out and spend about 200 bucks, slap that new card in and vola

The poster of that video has to be lying. Or hes playing on the lowest resolution and settings possible.
