Well then your spending limit is set to 0.00 thats why you can't. Is it a new account? I have had several people send me money and their account was not verified. It mainly has to do with your spending limit. Hope this helps.

I see that you guys only want to help, but we do not allow threads like this. It has caused many of problems in the past and that's why we don't allow them anymore. It's almost the same reasons with giveaways. We don't allow them anymore because there are too many illegitimate contest holders and it was getting out of hand.
Even though this shop looks pretty legit I have to close this now...
