this is a care package glitch on mw3 on domination thats the only one i know it on so first you want to earn the care package then you want to go secure a flag after one more second of capturing the flag bring out your care package then go call it in after you called it in you should have an extra one if didnt work post below and i will probably help u if worked post legit + rep thank the topic

It usually helps when the tutorial isn't one giant sentence. Learn to use . and explain it a little better.
I've seen this before and I also think it's patched.

it works if you throw a semtex at a player
just as it blows up bring out your care package then throw it when he dies,
then you should have another one1
