hey ttg i need your opinion on whether to get a really good capture card or a roxio but as i do not have a HDTV (don't laugh) i really am not sure.
PLEASE HELP

Get a Capture Card its Fine if you Dont have a HDTV, But on the other hand if You Have a Box TV You Should Just Wait and Save up for a Flatscreen
