i will be looking to play bf3,mw3 and older shooters
my goal is to play these on at least high

No, that would not be good for gaming.

The graphics card is not great, and would not run the games you want to run, like Battlefield 3, as you would need at least a 6850 to run that game at maximum settings, maybe even a 6870.

Also the company that built it chose the i5 2320 over the 2500k for some reason, as the 2500k is a lot better for gaming as the processor has been developed with gaming in mind.

Overall you are being horrendously over charged for that machine, and you should build your own, as building you own will cost you a lot less and you will be able to get a lot better components.

i5 2500k, 4GB ram and a 6870 should run the games you listed nicely, as long as you are not looking for really high frame rates.
