You will not need this much, but more 500-550 pounds.

That should run all the Call of duty's at maximum settings, but is a little out of your price range.

If you don't mind playing in lower resolutions and not playing at 100+ fps constantly, you could probably get away with using a i3 2100 processor.

Gaming PC's can be extremely difficult to find. It's all based on the quality of the games you're trying to run. For example, if you're going for a gaming computer to play minecraft on, it's going to be a lot easier to find. If you're going for one that is going to be running Mw3 every day, then that's a whole different deal. Gaming PC's come in a variety of packages that most people don't enjoy. For myself, i would rather build my own PC. I've seen your picture posted about a minute ago and i over-looked the contents. From what i can tell, you're heading in the right path. You might want to try upgrading your graphics card by a bit. Also, it doesn't look like you listed a video card above. Video cards are a main key in building a great gaming PC.

If you aren't in a rush to build/buy a gaming PC, I'd suggest to slow down a bit and buy the parts one at a time. Since you're buying a PC, it seems that everything will have stock parts anyways, which means you'll have something to hold you over for the time being. If you are in a rush, try getting a relative to help you find better parts, if you have a brother or cousin or someone that is good with computers, and knows what to look for. If you don't, try going to your local computer/electric store and ask them if they can give you a hand with looking online.

Most of the time, they don't mind helping you look. Even if it's not from their store, they'll usually give you some good recommendations on where to go, or what to look out for.

Like i said previously, it's all going to come down to what type of games you're going to be running on the PC. Keep looking for new parts. Good luck with your quest.

So i reviewed your picture once again, it looks like you're going for the completely from scratch deal. My suggestion is to NOT buy everything at once. Buy in parts, you can find better parts for cheaper prices around the internet. If you don't get everything off one site, i may be able to help you search for cheaper things. My brother's computer can run literally any game you throw at it. He built it over the course of two months. He found the best parts, and everything. Came out to around 6-700 dollars though. His has LED's all over the PC casing, as well as it being see through. It's quite amazing what you can come across if you go with a slow paste.

Not much else i can tell you though. Good luck

No,

In that basket that you listed, there is missing components. (Hard drive, DVD Burner,Case) No need for 750 watts with a 550ti. (Even a GTX 580 can run on 650w)

Amd = Budget
