do you do it the same as gears 2 im level 100 on gears 3 but dont no how to do the glitch please help

1) Get an account that's level 100
2) Get an account that isn't level 100
3) Sign into the account that's level 100 and go to Quickmatch TDM
4) As soon as you see Marcus on the Lancer, sign out and sign into the account that isn't level 100
5) Change your weapon skin
6) You're done!

I suggest you don't open a shop. Not trying to be mean or anything. There's just to many already.
