So recently my FAT ps3 got YLOD and I wondered is it smarter to get it fixed and take the risk of it breaking again or should I just get a new slim ps3 so it can't get ylod ?

How much will it cost to get it fixed? and how much it will cost for a new ps3 slim and just think is it worth the money to buy a whole new ps3.

Sell your old ps3 and get the new ps3 slim if you have the money.

It costs like 150 to send it to Sony and 199 to get a new system. Also then I could sell my old one for parts.
