Yeah I'd say Jasper too but also like guy above said, "buy what you can afford". The reason why you should look for a Jasper is because they were manufactured the best and least likely to red ring, my second pick would be a Falcon. If you decide to buy what you can afford, just remember the older the xbox the more chances of red ring. I have a Zephyr that's the first mother board with HDMI. At first I was worried about it red ringing but it's still going strong, no problems so far and I've had it for little over 3 years but I don't really use it a whole lot because games are more fun online. It depends on who you buy the jtag from and if they put the XeX Menu on it. If the person didn't, they are really easy to put on, all you need is either a blank cd or flash drive. Mine the guy was charging extra to put stuff on it and that helped me learn a lot. Just look for tutorials, jtag's can do a lot!
