Thats a completely different issue.
On the server there is only a certain amount of cells. Once these cells are filled, nobody new can join until a cell is free by either:
1. A member gets citizen rank and leaves the prison.
2. A member is banned and his cell is forfit.
3. A member doesn't sign in for three days and his cell is forfit.
Once one of these things happen, you will be free to enter the server.
30 minutes is an estimated time on when a cell will be free, but it will more than likely be a few days. Even then, someone might get in before you.
But they are adding more cells in and will update the post when they do, so keep an eye out.
I recommend you do keep trying to get on though as it is one of the best role playing servers around today.

My problem is just an mcban issue. Nothing related to this. :3
