Heres a tutorial to inject Dvars/Cvars into an .svg for campaign/spec ops modding.
First, You need two programs:

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Credit to D1G1TAL for the links.
1)Extract your svg to your computer using any program you prefer.(Horizon etc..)
[IMPORTANT the savegame has to be unmodded at first. -Thanks for pointing it out D1G1TAL.]
2)Open up the MW2 CVAR tool v2.2.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Also dont use the premade CVARS section, they will not work, yo have to enter them manually.
3)Now load your .svg into the tool.
4)Insert any dvars you want, Dvar on the left, value on the right.
5)Now save your changes and overwrite your old .svg
6)Now open up the MW3 Checksum Fixer.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
7)Then just select the .svg and it will fix it for you.
This is just a quick tutorial. I did not copy and paste.
The method was found by LygoFast (Correct me if im wrong)
I will update it with more thorough steps in the near future.
Dvars and svgs
It does work, because both MW2 and MW3 saves are both the same. Also not all dvars will stick to spec ops.

I can read, but you cant, it says in the post that both games utilise the same svg structure. There is also a tut on utube I think. Injecting Dvars are the same in both games. Just try it works.
