Okay, so supposedly if u disconnect ur cord after u get scrambler at lvl 17 u unlock all perks. Ive had a few friends try this and none have had success. Can anyone confirm or deny if this works and if u have done this please give a descriptive tutorial thanks.

um i have sum friends that have done that and say it works but idk

I saw a topic for this a while back, but no one in it actually had time to try it. My friends and I eventually got around to it, following the steps provided but never got it working.
