Hello TTG im really confused about what Linux is i have a rough idea but ,
can someone explain what this is in a simple sentence if Possible :p

Linux is a operating made by Ubuntu the newest version is 11.10 this is based off of the Android operating system this can not run windows programs unless you have a program called wine. Linux is in many different versions such as Linux Puppy and Linux Mint. Linux is used alot for having a web server. It does have some cool 3d effects such as it raining on your Desktop. Also you can get a bunch of free games!

its pretty much a mix between macs and windows. you cant play games. such as with steam. and you cant open most exe. if you were to use it id sugest dual booting with windows.

i dual boot with windows on my mini pc and find myself using it more often.

Its fast for me,
