Looking for a headset with most if not all of these features.. preferably fairly cheap..

Cross-platform compatibility (Xbox/PC)
HDMI (I see with a lot of headsets you have to buy an adapter for this)
Ability to plug into mp3 player/ipod

I think that's about it. So if you know good headsets like this, post em up! Thanks

Well if you want the ability to plug into mp3/ iPod u need an adapter and I would go with astro cuz they don't look nerdy.

Astros are hella expensive though :/ And i saw one headset, i think it was the tritton ax180 or something like that, that you could plug into your ipod without an adapter

Turtlebeach x11 cheap and they do everything you need for gaming they will plug into your ipod/laptop and will have good quality but if you're listening to something with heavy bass get a subwoofer (worth it) edit : sorry they wont work on your ipod without an adapter forgot about the usb i personally dont use ipods so i forgot the usb
