first of all waht does being infected mean and how do you get infected also how do you play thermo war never played and just joined this site

No. Infected means you have the virus. If you go into a private match you have it. You get it by playing with a host that has it. You lose it when you dashboard, turn off your xbox or play with a host that doesn't have it.

no you cant get banned because it is an infection that goes away the second you search for a match
