Just download Single Player Commands for 1.0.0 and there's a command that gives you xp.

For single player you can use SPC and use the command:

/xp add (then how much you want to add)

For mutli player I'm not sure.

If you are talking about single player maps use MCedit works great! but here is a good site to look for it [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Or if you are talking about xp im sure there is something on minecraftforum.net

Afro just has a client side one. You can't enchant with the one he has.
