Prestige tokens are associated with your gamertag, you got prestige tokens from previous games linked to your gamertag. Obviously they can check it. Its the same as your stats, clan tag, even your classes.

Enjoy your ban.


Thus, The majority amount of people who have done this glitch. If even a ban wave occurs, it would be a minor effect.
