Should i get an Ipod Touch 4G White or Should i get a Ipod Touch 4G Black And Very First Day Shoul i Jailbreak it?

dont do it on the first day i got the 32g black one a couple of weeks ago but i would rather not void my warrenty

Up to you really, if you jailbreak it correctly and using a safe programme your pretty much safe from any trouble

only voids it if u bring it to them jailbroken, simply restore it before bringing it in and they will never know..
Source---Ipad 2 jailbroken, smashed it, restored and they gave me new one

I would get the black. The extra money just for a different color is well not worth it and to be honest, iPods aren't that fun after you have it for a couple months. I thought it was great right when I got mine, now all I do is listen to music every now and then.
By the way, if you do get an iPod, use The Pirate Bay to get all of your music.

okay well you would want (the color you chose) either a 32 or 64 if you do plan on jailbreaking it
now the jailbreak may not be out for it as it should be on the newest ios 5 version
and you have to look at your self for a minute an ask your self these questions
how many times have i droped a ipod/phone/portable gaming system
did i ever get one wet?
do i believe i wont break it?
if you believe you can keep it in kinda good condition then jailbreak when you can
if not then wait a few mouths till you feel more confident
