I just made a new account after having my account banned till 12/31/9999 and after i confirmed my email and everything i havn't recieved my free 1 month any ideas why? or what i need to do? + 20 for the first answer to work thx

maybe it doesnt work because the console u are using already used all 3 free gold accounts, pretty much you can only get 3 accounts with free gold are just one console.
