Basically I just played against a 1st prestige and he had the 1000 head shot Scar title and 5th prestige emblem.

He then message me saying he can do it for 1200msp so I laughed at him.

Any ideas how he managed to get those titles and emblems?

How can you boost to get the 5th prestige emblem when your only 1st?

He boosted, got to 5th, Then got reset and banned by Infinity Ward. When you get reset you keep your emblems and titles.
