So I turn on my XBOX and a notification pops up saying "suckit206 was last signed in on another console" I ignore it and start playing Skyrim. Then a random notification pops up saying "Disconnected from XBOX live" I hit the guide then resign in. Then the same "suckit206 was last signed in on another console" pops up. I repeat this process 7-10 times within 5 minutes then finally get worried my account is getting hacked or something and my first thought is "What if someone is ruining my K/D on MW3?" (lol) So I check my games and my last game played besides Skyrim is Gears of War 3 and I have one achievement for it.... I DON'T EVEN OWN OR HAVE PLAYED GEARS 3!!! Please help me on achieving a way to remove my GT from the other players console and also how to reset my password for my GT email. Please and Thank You!
P.S. sorry it was long

Change your password via the internet and click account settings and change it from there.
After that forward this post to microsoft on the phone so if anything does go on they may have a better chance of preventing the person from fully taking your account.

Will resetting my password remove my account from their xbox? And what email do I forward this post to for Microsoft?

I would reset everything and put a code lock on your account
New secret password question
New password
And like the guy abouve said....
Give this to either microsoft or xbox

Ring them on the phone and tell them the problem.
And if you change the email/password when they next try and sign in it will prompt them with the password to enter.
Sometimes this doesn't work so if you forward it to microsoft you have a better chance of keeping your account.

Thanks for all the support. This really freaked me out. I'm in the process of resetting my password but I can't sign into xbox.com so I'm resetting my email password too...

Your account will still be on their xbox but if you change the password they won't be able to sign into it anymore. Don't tell anyone your secret question answer, credit card numbers, etc. And you should be fine.
